I don't know what to do about Ella's hair... to cut or not to cut. The back is long while the sides are still short. She almost has a mullet. Also, her hair frequently gets in her face. When I try to put a clip in her hair, she rips it right out. I would get it cut but I know she doesn't sit still. What ever to do.
