Ella was more involved with the games this time. She tried ski ball but as she put the ball over her head to throw it, the ball would fall behind her, leaving her baffled as to where it went. Some times she would make it to the ramp, but not often enough. We also played some other games together but at times left me high and dry in the middle of a game... nice, thanks Ella. She rode a few rides for the first time. There was this huge rocking horse we went on together. She just sat there contently, enjoying the rocking motion while I was freaking out about how high the ride was hoping she would not get antsy and try to escape plumitting to a nasty fall. Have a mentioned I'm a bit panicky?
Jonathan met a few other kids and played video games with one girl. Earlier he met a younger girl who played with him in the jungle gym and then sat behind him while playing a snow mobile video game. She kept referring to him as her "big brother". He didn't seem to mind and enjoyed making new friends. Just another fun day in celebration of our favorite first born son's birthday.
